Scheduling and Cancellations

We are committed to reliable scheduling. If we need to reschedule due to weather or other circumstances, we will notify you promptly and arrange an alternative date. Clients may reschedule or cancel services with reasonable notice. Recurring maintenance services do not require long-term contracts and may be paused or canceled with advance notice.

Property Access and Conditions

Clients agree to provide safe access to the property for scheduled services. Please inform us of any hazards, underground utilities, irrigation systems, or special considerations before work begins. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked sprinkler heads, invisible pet fences, or other hidden obstructions.
